Refund policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me directly at contact@moodandmedium.com. Please note that approved returns will need to be safely packaged and mailed back. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Cancellations
Because some pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this 1-hour window, your order is locked in, and production on your piece begins. To cancel an order within the timeframe, please email me immediately at contact@moodandmedium.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of their unique nature, certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes Original Artwork (any one-of-a-kind canvases or objects I have personally hand-painted or altered) and any custom, personalized, or special orders. Unfortunately, I also cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific piece before buying!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
